⇝ If you want to Re-Register your device please connect device and open menu option and Click on Re-Register menu tab .

Click to always open ACPL FM220 RD when FM220 id connected. If this step skips then go to settings>Apps>Permissions> App Manager to clear Default Settings. Then click OK to proceed.

⇝ Please check Internet connectivity before checking and testing the device. In case of no internet connectivity, then it will display a “No Internet” message.

⇝ After installing the RD Service application, if Google Play Service of an Android device is invalid/outdated, then a popup appears to update Google Play Service will be displayed.

Click on test & put finger to capture, to test the scanner. Success pops up if the device working properly.

⇝ In case you don't update Google play service then the “FM220 RD service application” will not work properly.

⇝ Tips : When you connect the device to your mobile, a pop-up message will appear, requesting permission for the application to access the device. Please grant permission to allow the application to access the device.
